Delete Your Account
You can delete your Chooose account and everything stored with it at any time. There is no waiting period and nothing to ask us for — the app does it immediately.
Delete it yourself, in the app
- Open Chooose and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion happens straight away.
Ask us to delete it instead
If you no longer have the app, cannot sign in, or would rather we did it, email support@choooseit.com from the address on the account, or tell us the display name and approximately when you signed up.
We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours — we are not able to delete an account on the word of someone who cannot demonstrate it is theirs.
What is deleted

The one thing we keep. We count things like how many Choooses were started on a given day. Deleting those counts would rewrite history that was true at the time, so instead we strip your account identifier from them. What remains is a number with nothing linking it to you, and it cannot be traced back.
Your subscription
Chooose Pro is billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it first:
- iPhone: Apple subscriptions
- Android: Google subscriptions
This cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery, no archive and no way for us to bring an account back once it is gone.
